"This is a gorgeous cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay (very clean too). Patsy & John are really friendly hosts and were very welcoming. The local area is beautiful with walks direct from the cottage for our happy dog. Mold & Theatr Clwyd about 5 mins away & Chester only 20 mins. We loved our visit and hope to return soon. Thank you!"

"Had a lovely stay at this cosy, well-equipped cottage with Patsy and John as the hosts on site.
The cottage has everything needed and is warm with a log burner, and a great welcome pack.
Out the back is the hidden gem not really mentioned in the description; a lovely small river with a private, sheltered seating area, barbecue, and fire pit available. John has built the set-up himself and is keen to show it off and host people there.
I actually went for a dip in the river, not too cold and could swim at a deeper patch upstream! Great for small kids to play in the shallows if it was warmer"

"Clean apartment in a great location with access to the beach, pier and lots of lovely restaurants and pubs. A particular favourite was the Snooze wine bar - only 2 doors down! Well worth a visit. Although there is no on site parking, this is to be expected in a town centre location, there were however plenty of free spaces (no charge) on nearby roads. I often found some on Mostyn Street. The apartment was extremely well equipped, with a heated clothes rail, iron to name a few highlights. The host gave very detailed instructions and information about the surrounding areas, which helped make our stay more enjoyable. Whilst I had clocked on the map its proximity to the seafront I hadn't quite realised that this would translate to a 20-second walk to the prom! A great location with quick access to everything in the town and lots of really nice restaurants and bars a few moments walk away.
The flat itself was very well presented and equipped and provided exactly what we needed for a week of relaxation and trips out to go and walk in the local area.
We certainly hope to come back again in the near future as a beautiful area and we're keen to explore it more.
Stephen's communication was very good and prompt. We'd highly recommend a stay and a trip to the Snooze Wine Bar right next door when you're there"

"Fantastic location for this flat in Llandudno, right by the pier and town which is perfect for a seaside stay.
Flat has everything you need whether you’re eating out every meal time or decide cook in the flat.
As stated parking can be an issue, but we were always able to park at most a 5 minute walk away.
Stephen was quick to reply to any questions.
Would highly recommend staying here"

CynFal, Apartment in Conwy"We have had a fabulous week in this incredible new holiday home and thank you for all the lovely touches on the Christmas table with the decorations, crackers and generous welcome gifts.
The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and extremely well equipped. The location is perfect, as it is just a 5 minute walk into Conwy town and the lovely Albion Pub, which offers a warm welcome and has brilliant locally brewed beers, ciders and gins etc. Our favourite meal was at "Signatures Restaurant", just past the Marina, followed by a lovely walk on the beachwith our dog, Millie-Moo. Thanks again, as we really enjoyed being your first guests and very much hope to visit again soon

"What a lovely surprise as the apartment is beautiful and so well equipped- a real home from home. The beds are fantastic as we had the best sleep in ages. "This is a large and comfortable house in a great location in central Llandudno. Lots of space for a big family to get together.
We loved the big kitchen and two living rooms and it was nice having an en-suite for each bedroom. The house is clearly a former B&B now offered as a whole house rental.
The host responded helpfully to an issue with a broken shower switch.
Adequate free parking for our 3 cars in the driveway and on the road.
House is well equipped and a lovely base for a family holiday in beautiful North Wales."
