Overlooking Conwy Marina with stunning views, just a short walk to the dog friendly beach and golf course and a riverside walk to the centre of the walled castle medieval town of Conwy. The Victorian resort of Llandudno is a short drive & the lakes & mountains of Snowdonia are within easy reach. 8, Conwy Marina is just yards from Conwy (Caernarvonshire) golf course and several other courses are close by. This is an excellent base for families or older groups.

On three floors, with 4 bedrooms (king, double, twin and a single bed with a trundle bed on the ground floor with en suite and patio window to the garden area overlooking the marina), and 2 en-suite bath/shower rooms and a well equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting room with sliding doors to Juliette balcony looking over the marina. On the second floor is the master bedroom with marina views and king size bed, en-suite shower room; twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom, double bedroom with marina views. Facilities include full central heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, Freeview TV, DVD, private off road parking for 2 cars and garden furniture with patio which overlooks the marina. Bed linen and towels are supplied. This is a NO SMOKING DOG FRIENDLY property with a SATURDAY changeover (flexible out of season).
