As a holiday let agency with over 30 years experience in the property market, we can provide a full advertising, booking and administration service acting as your booking agent and you take care of the maintenance and weekly changeovers in between reservations.
However, If you would like us to fully manage your property including any maintenance and repairs, we can also offer this service, which would be completely hassle free for you.
Also, if you prefer, we can offer you the service of long lets for your properties (Assured Shorthold Tenancy - AST - Minimum 6 months), as we are licenced Letting Agents under Rent Smart Wales.
All bookings made through us are confirmed with the guests on receipt of their deposit and they then pay the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Owners and key holders or cleaners are informed of bookings as they are taken and are also sent details of bookings on a regular basis. Last minute enquiries are advised by phone or text as well as email.
Owners can also book the cottage for their own use and we operate on a commission only basis with no set up costs or joining fees. Payments to owners are made monthly in the month following the month of the booking.
